These Terms of Service apply to your use of coverscraze.com and any purchase you make from us. The website is operated by CoversCraze (“CoversCraze,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us, including your name, email, shipping address and payment details, is accurate and complete.
Products
Every CoversCraze case is printed to order for the phone model you choose. We make every effort to show designs and colors accurately, but colors may look slightly different on your screen than on the printed case. Please make sure you select the correct phone model before ordering.
Custom photo cases
When you upload a photo, design or text for a custom case:
- You confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it.
- You agree not to upload anything that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy, or that is offensive, hateful, sexually explicit or illegal.
- You give us permission to use your upload only to make and deliver your order.
We may refuse or cancel any custom order that breaks these rules, and we’ll refund you in full. Custom cases can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, and we never store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders you’ve already placed.
Orders and cancellations
Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there’s a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, you’ll receive a full refund. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us. After that, it may already be in production.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Processing and delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
We replace or refund damaged, defective or incorrect items. We don’t accept change-of-mind returns. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos and graphics, belongs to CoversCraze or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use it without our written permission. Buying a case gives you ownership of that physical case, not of the design printed on it.
Using our website
You agree not to misuse the website. That includes attempting to hack it, interfering with how it works, placing fraudulent orders, or using automated tools to copy its content.
Limitation of liability
Our cases are designed to protect your phone from everyday wear, scratches and minor drops, but no case can prevent all damage. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CoversCraze is not responsible for damage to your phone or other devices, or for indirect or incidental losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. Orders are governed by the terms in place when you placed them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CoversCraze is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
